Coaches-in-training
As a coach-in-training, you have the chance to be part of a global initiative aimed at offering pro-bono coaching services to students at universities worldwide. Collaborating with coaches undergoing qualifications from prestigious coaching providers and accreditation bodies, you'll contribute to this meaningful endeavour while honing your coaching skills.
Your participation involves completing a certain number of coaching hours under the supervision of your coaching institution. Each student deemed suitable will have the opportunity to receive up to 6 hours of one-on-one coaching with you. This project is open to all students within a Member University, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals on topics of their choosing.
Coaches completing accreditation
As a coach pursuing accreditation with esteemed bodies such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Association of Coaching (AC), or the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), you understand the importance of gaining practical coaching experience. ONtact is here to support you in meeting your practical hour requirements while making a meaningful impact on the lives of university students.
Qualified coaches offering pro bono services
ONtact offers an invaluable opportunity for qualified coaches seeking to expand their experience and give back to the community by coaching additional hours on a pro bono basis. By participating in ONtact, experienced coaches can provide meaningful support to university students, helping them navigate their academic and personal challenges. This not only enhances the students' wellbeing and development but also allows coaches to refine their skills, stay engaged with the latest coaching practices, and contribute to a larger social good.
